SHIPPING POLICIY
All orders are subject to a processing time separate from
the shipping time required to reach the destination after being picked up by
the carrier from our fulfillment center. Depending on several factors,
processing of standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4
business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Once your payment has been authorized and verified, standard
orders may still take up to 4 business days, while expedited orders may take up
to 3 business days.
You will receive a notification as soon as your order has
shipped.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the expected time frame.
However, the actual delivery date may vary depending on flight conditions,
weather, and other external factors. Please check the tracking information for
the most accurate delivery date.
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us
within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit or a
replacement. MACHOUE does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have
been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review such cases
individually.
Most returns are refunded in the form of store credit,
issued as a gift card. Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after
your items are delivered. You will receive an email regarding your store
credit.
To ensure your package is delivered on time, please make
sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or
required information. The correct use of abbreviations, street numbers,
building or apartment numbers, and route details (if applicable) is essential
for prompt delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly
delivered packages if the address provided was incorrect or improperly entered
at the time of purchase.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Exceptions / non-returnable items

accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the
European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14
days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.
